Gift of Flight Raffle

Mark your calendars! From Friday, March 21 to Sunday, March 23, the Meaford Arena will proudly host the 2025 Hockey Hits Cancer tournament. Now in its 10th year, this cherished event is organized by the grandchildren of the late Anne and Alexander Fleming of Meaford and serves as a third-party fundraiser for local charities. Over the past decade, @hockeyhitscancer has successfully raised more than $70,000.

This year, proceeds will once again benefit the Meaford Hospital Foundation, with funds directed towards further enhancements of the palliative care and family rooms.

The highlight of this year’s raffle is the ‘GIFT OF FLIGHT’—a round-trip ticket for two people to any destination served by WestJet! Raffle tickets are priced at $20 each or three for $50. The draw will take place on Saturday, March 22 at 8 PM, and tickets must be purchased by 7 PM that evening.
