Technicians for Window Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning, Gardening, Housekeeping and Property Maintenance Company
We are looking to employ dedicated and hard-working Technicians to our team. We are a fast growing, full service cleaning company. Looking for team members to help in any of the following areas of our business:
Window Cleaning
Blind Installation
Eavestrough Cleaning
Power washing
Soft Washing
Exterior Light Installation (Christmas Lights, Patio Lights)
Window Cleaning:
Using hand held and water-fed poles to clean windows
Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass
Ensuring that all equipment is kept in good working order
Eaves Trough Cleaning
Clearing Debris from eaves troughs
Inspecting eaves for damages and clogged downspouts
Leaving worksite clean and debris free.
Pressure Washing and Soft Washing
Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly
Operate pressure washer and soft washing machinery to clean various surfaces
Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris
Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
Installing Lighting
Installing lighting or the holidays on homes and trees, for special events such as wedding and for backyards and patios
Custom Blinds
Measuring and Installing custom blinds
General
Valid Criminal Record Check
You should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations.
Working from Heights or Platform training is a benefit
Valid driver’s license
Willing to drive to various work locations
Previous experience an asset

Requirements:
Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties.
Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must.
The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities:
Dusting and cleaning surface areas, counter surfaces, and furniture
Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets,
Disposing of trash from bins and containers
Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Changing linens, doing laundry
Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to follow verbal directions
Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines, excellent time management skills
Pays attention to detail when cleaning
Organized and able to follow a schedule
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift to 25 to 30 pounds
Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided
Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license is a must

Ski School Manager
The Georgian Peaks Club, a private ski club nestled on beautiful Georgian Bay, is looking for a full-time seasonal candidate to join our Alpine Leadership Team as the Ski School Manager. The successful candidate will provide leadership and assume all responsibility with our Ski School programs at Georgian Peaks.
Basic Function
The Ski School Manager’s main function is to lead our Ski School and continue to give our Members and Guests the best possible experience through our Children’s Programs, Adult Programs and Private Lessons.
• Define employee responsibilities and job descriptions
• Hiring and training of Instructors
• Motivates, mentors and demonstrates leadership with Instructors
• Program organization, support & communications
• Plan and schedule programs, lessons, and staff
• Functional delegation of various facets of Ski School
• Coordinating groups for programs, lessons, corporate events
• Communicate with Members by email and phone
• Ensure positive customer relations
• Hands-on participation with the Alpine Leadership Team
• Active participant on the Alpine Committee
• Manage Ski School budget
• Available for evenings, holidays and weekends. Flexible work schedule.
• Work with the relevant governing bodies (CSIA)
• Create new programming based on Member feedback
Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and integrated sports communication platform (TeamSnap)
• Strong administration skills required
• Minimum level 3 CASI or CSIA
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization
• Experience in a private club setting would be beneficial.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays during ski season
Renumeration
The opportunity is a revolving 6-month contract from mid-November to April. Compensation will be based on number of years of experience and credentials.

Maintenance Manager/ Technician
Our Thornbury Craft Cider and Beer operation requires a full time “hands on” Maintenance Manager and Technician for our cidery and brewery in Thornbury, Ontario. Reporting to the Cider Master, you will oversee and execute the maintenance requirements for the operation and site. You will also be integral in the implementation of any improvement projects as we grow our business.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
· Provide leadership and direction to operators that will enable their growth and capability for care of their assets
· Identify, develop and modify preventive maintenance routines for all assets
· Execution of daily maintenance tasks to ensure production demands are met
· Responsible for organizing and executing the majority of weekly/monthly/annual maintenance work orders
· Responsible for the efficient operation of the site effluent system and that its maintained to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements
· Responsible for organizing (5S) and establishing a critical spares inventory
· Lead and provide technical direction for improvement projects
· Help grow and implement our Asset Care strategy across the entire operation
· Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Interested candidates should possess;
· Strong problem-solving abilities, individually and in a team setting
· Experience working with a CMMS
· Millwright or electrical ticket is an asset
· Evidence of strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· A self-starter with high energy levels and a “does what it takes” attitude.
