The BMCC has been busy developing our Strategic Plan to shape how the future will look for us and our members. We invited Chamber Executive and Consultant Stuart Harrison to spend a couple of days with us facilitating an in-depth look at our strengths, opportunities and goals, and the results were pretty inspiring. With the help of your feedback in our recent survey, we identified key priorities, set galvanizing short and long-term goals, and developed clear, practical paths to put our plans into action.
We’re so excited to hit the ground running and work to be an even stronger voice of support and advocacy for the Blue Mountains business community.
