Jordan Lack, MBA, DMS | Executive Director, Mid-Market FX & Interest Rate Derivatives Sales | CIBC Capital Markets
Jordan’s economic update will examine what the path down for interest rates will look like, how much room there is for the economy to accelerate, and the recent trends in inflation. He will discuss the geopolitical risks around this forecast, the outlook for population growth and labour markets, and the impact of the US election result on the Canadian economy. He will examine how the Ontario economy differs from the national picture, and what risks and opportunities are associated with those differences.
Meet the Speaker:
Jordan Lack is an Executive Director, Mid-Market Solutions Group (MSG) in Global Markets. As senior coverage for FX, Rates and Commodities, Jordan provides advisory services as well as the pricing and execution of customized hedging solutions to mid-market commercial clients and private banking.
Jordan joined CIBC in 2007 and has over 20 years of capital markets experience. Prior to joining MSG, Jordan worked in FX and Fixed Income sales at CIBC within the Wealth Solutions Group. Jordan graduated from Dalhousie University with a Masters of Business Administration with specialization in Financial Services.
