The Ontario Corporate Training Centre (OCTC) is a project that operates across the province, organized by the Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN). Its goal is to provide businesses in Ontario with research-informed training, resources, and services. The aim is to promote strength-based collaborations and transform the employment landscape for individuals with disabilities.
