1. We offer Home Watch/Key Holding/Concierge Services, customized to meet your specific requirements.

Home Watch Services include, but are not limited to:

• exterior inspections: full walk around exterior checking doors, fences, windows and gates for any signs of damage related to storms, vandalism, pests, wear and tear, etc.
• interior inspection:  full interior inspections include checking for signs of damage from water, moisture, mould, wear and tear, vandalism, etc. Ensure all major systems including heating, plumbing and electrical are operational.  We also check smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, sump pumps, appliances and any other relevant operations.  We ensure that your home looks lived in while you are not there, including minor snow clearing on walkways, mail and debris pick up.
• property insurance fulfillment:  most insurance companies require home inspections every 48-72 hours while the home is vacant in order to maintain your coverage.  Having worked in the disaster restoration business for over 30 years, Andy knows only too well what can happen without proper care and control of your home, your biggest asset.

Key Holding Services:

• we offer a safe and reliable person to open your door to guests, delivery and repair people when you are away from home for the day or the season. We can meet maintenance people at your home and remain there until the service is completed. We can also manage your deliveries. Let us be there when you can't be.

Concierge Services:

• we offer concierge services including stocking refridgerator and pantry before your return, watering plants, and much more... just ask!
