Thank you so much to Carol Chong for leading an incredibly interesting and informative AI for Small Business workshop yesterday.
This hands-on workshop showed attendees how to use AI more effectively for real business tasks like marketing, customer communication, and everyday operations, and gave us a look at what’s possible next. Carol taught us how to move beyond basic prompting and get better results from AI, ways that AI can save time on admin, marketing, and everyday business tasks, common mistakes to avoid, and privacy considerations.
