Introducing the Chef’s Table Dinner Series
– an intimate evening with a curated tasting menu
at The Cheese Gallery Bar.
It’s hard to believe it has almost been a year since we brought The Cheese Gallery together with the Bruce family. While there has been a lot of quiet collaboration behind the scenes in catering, prepared foods and shared resources – we are over the moon excited to bring you our first (hopefully of many) events highlighting the best of both worlds.
Chefs Shaun and Derek will offer a blind tasting menu (where chefs can be as creative as can be!), so be prepared to come open minded (and hungry!) Cindy will of course have wine pairings to recommend and cocktails may very well make their debut at the bar 
Only 10 seats per evening – so gather your friends or plan that date night – we can’t wait to have you gather with us.
