Meet the Speaker:
Carol Chong has spent more than 20 years in the business strategy field, working with leadership teams at companies like Gay Lea Foods, Loblaws, and TD Bank. She has an extensive background in marketing, brand consulting and workshop facilitating. Carol currently works with Thompson + Chong, where she is a Strategy Consultant and Workshop Leader, helping leadership teams build clear strategy, true alignment, and real momentum. Most recently, she has been focused on how AI tools can solve real-world business challenges in practical, grounded ways.
Based in Thornbury, Carol has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from McMaster University, and is accredited through Mindvalley’s AI Mastery Course.
