It’s that time of year!
This is the first weekend of The Big Cheese Smackdown, a friendly but serious (and seriously delicious) annual battle of the ultimate comfort food = the grilled cheese sandwich.
The most creative culinary minds from 19 local businesses are competing, including BMCC members:
