Land Use & Development Breakfast Workshop
Tuesday, February 24
8:30AM-10AM
L.E. Shore Public Library, Thornbury
For builders, contractors, planners, real estate professionals, and anyone interested in land purchase and development.
CRMLab Archaeological Services, Tarynn Lennox – Royal LePage Locations North, and The Blue Mountains Chamber of Commerce are pleased to present this workshop exploring archaeological considerations in land use, planning, and development in Grey-Bruce.
Join us to learn how Provincial and Municipal Archaeological requirements can impact your next land purchase, development or redevelopment. Archaeologist Claire Freisenhausen and local realtor Tarynn Lennox will share their insights and expertise on this complex topic, followed by a Q&A and discussion period. We invite you to bring your general or specific project questions, and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.
This workshop is for developers, builders, planners, contractors, real estate professionals, and anyone in the community who is interested in learning more about land purchase and development. The morning will include a light breakfast, and the opportunity to network and connect with other professionals.
Tickets are $15 for General Admission, and $10 for current Blue Mountains Chamber Members. GET YOURS HERE
