You’ve been to our Taproom to taste our award winning beers, but it’s time for us to take you beyond the bar.
Behind the Brew is an immersive evening where you’ll enjoy an intimate four-course dinner set right inside the heart of the brewery. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with one of our signature brews, and presented to you with a guided tasting by our Brewmaster and Chef.
Between courses, you’ll be guided on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour led by our brewmaster—sharing stories, techniques, and the inspiration behind each pour.
This is more than a dinner—it’s a rare chance to experience the brewery like an insider.
