What a fantastic turnout last Wednesday for our “After Six” networking event at Thornbury Village Cider and Brew House. Some 70 people came out to meet our host business and our co-hosts Harbour Mews and Thornbury Jazzworks.
In addition to sampling some fine cider, Manager Julia Richards filled us in on the great history of the building, shared plans for its future Brew Pub and organized several tours of the production facility.
Tony Bauer was also on hand to share details about the fall concert series for Thornbury Jazzworks – which kicks off September 8th. This new music program is bringing in top talent with some proceeds going to benefit the Beaver Valley Community School music program.
And long-serving BMCC member Jim Farmillo, who is stepping down from the Board of Directors, was recognized for his many years of service to the Chamber.
